Assalamualaikum..
Tersentap kejap bila pagi-pagi capai laptop dan tengok gelagat pekerja Kfc ni..Semalam pun i keluar pergi beli kfc..ingat nak beli yang bucket tapi pekerja KFC cakap ada ayam je..ok lah kan, malas nak fikir nak beli apa lagi beli je ayam berketul-ketul...
KFC worker fight with customer in I-City...the customer were waited for more than 1 hour but when comes to his turn, there is NO MORE fried chicken for him... the customer request the management to apologize but the useless Store Manager doing nothing instead the worker shouted at customer - "kalau mau makan, buat sendiri lah BABI.." ....
Panas hati lah tengok video ni..Masih ada pekerja yang tak beretika, tak ada adab dengan customer..Kalau ye pun nak marah janganlah dibuat depan public..Cakap elok-elok kan boleh...Takutlah dengan keadaan zaman sekarang..Dekat tempat makan pon boleh gaduh-gaduh....Nasib dekat tempat i masih belum ada kes-kes yang macam ni..Mintak simpang..
ishk2..macam manalah dia boleh marah customer..patut dibuang keje orang camtu~~

ReplyDeletehai errah.. kat fb ada feedback from cust2 yg ada kat situ.. according to them, this cust bengang coz tggu more than 1 hour, tapi smua org mmg kena tggu coz time tu trlalu ramai cust.. so this cust leave kfc tapi pastu masuk balik n maki2 the staff with vulgar words.. so video yg ada ni is incomplete video.. so the staff yg dah penat n stress fight back.. hmm..
